Since April 1, 2019, the process for distributed resource interconnection requires users to access the Goodhue County Cooperative Electric NOVA Power Portal. A link to the NOVA Power Portal can accessed by clicking the NOVA Power Portal icon below. Click the link and it will re-direct users to the portal page. The portal contains all of the documents (including current average retail rates) as well as the process to apply for interconnection. All application fees must be paid online via the NOVA Power Portal to be considered.
